I just started my first BC, Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo. Is it as effective in preventing pregnancy than other methods of contraception?

In Curently they have been attending there, not much side effects that sometimes I'm very excited, but not before the end, Oh, and I realize that I'm sentimental, but everyone is different, not forward, with or side effects, not just take my password and it should go.
He saved my *** many times! I realized that my girlfriend a month too late, about 2-5 days, but works very well and never had problems with it =)
